Ron brings extensive leadership experience and a strong commitment to municipal innovation and community impact as Executive Director of Brant Municipal Enterprises. With over three decades of experience spanning public sector governance, global technology leadership, and entrepreneurship, Ron offers a unique blend of strategic, operational, and board-level expertise.

Ron has served more than 10 years as a Board Member of Brant Municipal Enterprises and has additional governance experience with Brant Municipal Services and the County of Brant O.P.P. Detachment Board. His career also includes 15 years in senior global leadership roles with Microsoft and Salesforce, as well as 25 years as an entrepreneur serving municipalities across North America through Diamond Municipal Solutions. He has further contributed to education as a professor at Conestoga Polytechnic, focused on entrepreneurship, leadership, and sustainability.

Widely respected for his strategic insight, collaborative leadership style, and deep understanding of municipal operations, Ron’s appointment as Executive Director positions BME to continue advancing innovative, sustainable, and community-focused energy and infrastructure solutions across the County of Brant and beyond.

Sean brings strategic leadership and a wealth of over 20 years of experience to the table. As the guiding force behind our projects, he navigates the team towards success with a forward-thinking approach. Sean has a distinguished background in the energy sector, having managed and executed numerous high-profile projects. His expertise spans renewable energy development, project management, and sustainable practices, making him an invaluable asset to the team.

He is dedicated to advancing Brant Municipal Enterprises’ mission of generating new revenues for the County of Brant while adding economic and social value to the community. His strategic vision and innovative mindset ensure that we remain at the forefront of the green energy sector.

Heather brings her robust financial expertise and strategic acumen to oversee our fiscal management. With a rich background in corporate finance and years of experience guiding financial operations, Heather ensures that our resources are managed with utmost efficiency.

Dianne Penzvalto is the dedicated property manager at the Cowan Community Health Hub located in Paris, Ontario. With over 20 years of extensive experience in property management, Dianne has honed her expertise in the healthcare system. Her specialization in managing healthcare properties ensures that the Cowan Community Health Hub operates smoothly, providing a safe and efficient environment for all its occupants.
